Judson and friends
Valley View Fire
On July 10th there was a fire just two miles away from our house in what is known to us as the Dishman Hills Natural Area. These are photo's of the smoke as it went over our house. Evacuation boundries were just blocks away from our house. So as you can imagine we kept our eyes on the news all that afternoon and into the evening. The fire ended up burning down 11 houses and 13 outbuildings covering about 1,200 acres.

Ember and Joe's Visit June '08
For their vacation Ember and Joe brought the boys to visit us. They happened to come on a very hot weekend-mid 90's. Here are some of the things we did while they were in town: Joe, Scott and Matt went shooting up at a friends place. We all spent a day at Hauser Lake in Idaho (just half an hour away). Ember and Joe took the kids to the water slides. Aiden and Alec had a blast going down the big slides!! We spent a lot of time on the back deck (which is covered) with our feet in our small pool, and playing in the backyard. We had such a great time tha
t we hope the come visit again soon!!
